Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to the FarmerJer Monthly Physical Newsletter subscription. Please read it carefully before subscribing. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What Your Subscription Includes

Each monthly newsletter is a physical item mailed directly to your address. It includes printed content such as seasonal gardening tips, recipes, DIY planting plans, and stickers. Because each issue is a physical product that is printed, assembled, and mailed, it involves real production and postage costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next renewal date.

To cancel, email: info@farmerjer.com with the subject line “Cancel My Subscription” and include the name and email address associated with your account.

Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any already-processed billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Due to the physical nature of this product, refunds are generally not offered once an issue has been mailed. However, we handle every situation with fairness and common sense. Refunds or replacements will be issued in the following circumstances:

•  Your newsletter was never received and a reasonable amount of time has passed (typically 21 days from the expected delivery date).

•  Your newsletter arrived visibly damaged or items were missing from the envelope.

•  A billing error occurred and you were charged incorrectly.

To request a refund or replacement, please email info@farmerjer.com within 30 days of the issue’s expected delivery date. Include your name, address, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

•  Change of mind after an issue has been mailed.

•  Incorrect address provided at the time of subscription.

•  Delays caused by postal carriers outside of our control.

•  Cancellation requests made after the current billing cycle has already processed.

Address Changes

It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address up to date. If you move, please notify us at info@farmerjer.com at least 10 days before your next issue is scheduled to mail. We cannot guarantee re-delivery of issues sent to an outdated address.
